We’re a holistic construction firm who oversees all aspects of our builds—from providing accredited trades to taking care of building warrants. The journey from concept to completion is different for every project, but we’ve included the three stages that unite all projects below.
“We can help appoint an architectural firm and/or designer for your project. Once timelines for the design package have been agreed with the architectural firm and/or designer, we will then provisionally agree a start date for your project.”
“Once we receive the architectural firm and/or designer’s drawings, we will sit down with you to thoroughly discuss the brief. Our in-house Quantity Surveyor (QS) will pull together all of the costs for your project. We can then make any necessary adjustments before finalising a contract figure.”
“When we start, our team will manage every aspect of your project. During this time, we will host regular site meetings to ensure you’re feeling up-to-date with the site’s progress. This can be done in-person or via video call—whatever suits your schedule best. These site meetings present a great opportunity to discuss any possible modifications to the original design brief, if required.”
